Meet The Coach

I am Tina Pavez, founder of SuccessPathCoach, helping single parents design amazing lives.  It is an honor to be chosen to share this intimate process with my clients and I am proud of our work together.

My corporate career includes 20 years of one on one and group coaching experience in New York City. In 2000 I became a founding member of www.coachville.com, an online coach training portal created by Thomas Leonard, the founder of Coach University. 

In addition to my Certified Coach qualification, I hold a Magna cum Laude Phi Beta Kappa BA from Queens College of the City of New York.  I’ve completed sales training and motivational seminars from pros like Zig Ziglar, Tom Peters, Anthony Robbins, Jeffrey Gitomer, Sandler Sales System and the Landmark Forum.

My professional affiliations include membership in the International Coaching Federation, the San Diego Coaches Alliance and NAFE, the National Association of Female Executives. Parent membership groups include the National PTA, the Golden State PTA and the San Diego Parent Connection.

We relocated from New York to sunny San Diego California in 2007 as the completion of a 5 year plan co-designed with my son.  I have never been more content.  Having been a single Mom throughout most of my son’s life I truly identify with single parents’ unique set of circumstances.  Being a catalyst for positive change in your lives empowers me every day.

SuccessPathCoach allows me to spend my time doing what I love and what matters to me–working with people who are motivated to create more fulfilling lives for themselves which in turn creates more joy for us all.

In any description of me I have to mention that my hobby is dancing – especially salsa, hustle and west coast swing.  I am happy to have met someone special who shares that joy with me and we live and dance together in San Diego.
